EDEL GRUND, which handles modern kilims with a sales base in Germany, was founded by an owner with a deep knowledge of Persian culture. The wool used as material is spun by hand and dyed with natural dyes. While preserving the traditional handmade method, they comply with fair trade standards throughout their entire product line, such as good working conditions, fair wages, and the elimination of child labor, through a partnership with the STEP program in order to break away from harsh working conditions.
